How we use your enquiry details
For a children’s course, choose each child’s ability; first name and age are optional. When requesting equipment rental, we collect height, weight and shoe size to prepare equipment, plus the helmet rental preference. Do not enter a national identification number in this enquiry.

We use your name, email, chosen programme or enquiry type and participant count to respond and arrange the service at your request. Preferred dates, organisation, phone and message are optional. Participant name lists are not needed for the initial enquiry. A parent or representative should enquire for a child.
The enquiry is stored in restricted WordPress administration and emailed to our team; you receive an automated receipt. Technical information, including IP address and browser, is recorded for security and traceability. Access is limited to authorised staff and technical/email providers as needed for the service. Website email logs are configured for 14 days. Enquiries are retained as needed to respond, arrange services and meet applicable legal obligations; automatic deletion of enquiries has not been configured.
The basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, and legitimate interests for security. No booking decision is made automatically and this does not subscribe you to marketing.
