Things to know

What is included, and what costs extra?

Each programme has its own scope. Photographs, highlights and the illustrative itinerary explain the experience; they are not a final list of services included in the price.

Before confirming participation, clarify the following items and the total for your enquiry:

  • Coaching or guiding: sport, format, number of sessions and duration.
  • Equipment and helmet rental, lift passes and other access fees.
  • Transport, transfers and insurance cover, where offered.
  • Optional extras and costs payable by the participant.
How do we get there, and where do we meet?

Tell us where you are travelling from and whether you will arrive independently or need organised transport. Transfer availability, routing and price are programme-specific; transport is not automatically included.

Before travelling, clarify the address or coordinates, meeting time, preparation or equipment collection time and a contact number for the day. If delayed, contact the team as early as possible.

Is this programme right for my ability?

Tell us how often you ski, which pistes you feel confident on and what you would like to improve. Mention any off-piste experience separately from groomed-piste skiing.

Different camps may require different minimum abilities. The destination alone does not establish whether a programme suits you. The level, coaching format and group arrangements for this edition are to be confirmed.

What fitness level is needed?

Ask about daily activity time, elevation gain, terrain and the number of consecutive active days. These describe the effort more clearly than a general label such as “moderate”. The figures for this programme are to be confirmed.

Describe your usual activity level and a pace you find comfortable. If an individual need affects participation, request a separate conversation with the team; do not enter diagnoses or medical documents in the general enquiry form.

What should I bring, and can I rent equipment?

The exact list depends on activity, route and season. Before registration, clarify the personal items and sports or protective equipment required, what the organiser provides and what can be rented.

Tell us what you have and what is missing. Do not purchase specialist equipment solely from the illustrative photos. Rental depends on availability; there is no confirmed universal package for all programmes.

Can we join together as a group?

Tell us the number of participants and any differences in ability, age groups or goals. This helps us discuss a suitable format rather than assume one option works equally well for everyone.

Minimum and maximum group sizes, grouping and private options are confirmed separately. The number entered in the form is a request; it does not indicate available places or guarantee a shared group.

How do I enquire, and when is participation confirmed?

The form is linked to this specific programme. Enter the participant count, preferred dates and questions. For a children’s course, the contact is the parent or representative.

An enquiry is not an automatically confirmed reservation. Dates, services, total price, payment and change conditions need to be clear before final registration. In this prototype, the button only shows a preview: no information is sent and no place is reserved.

What happens with bad weather, changes or cancellation?

Outdoor conditions may affect location, timing or whether activities can take place. Follow the team’s specific information if a change is needed. Another time, date or alternative activity is discussed for the programme concerned.

If you need to change your participation, contact Flow as early as possible with the programme and dates. Deadlines, fees and refund terms are still to be approved for each service; an automatic free change or cancellation is not promised here.
